Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive develops and executes integrated marketing campaigns that support business objectives, drive customer acquisition, enhance brand awareness and contribute to sales growth. The role covers both traditional and digital marketing and calls for a data-driven, customer-centric approach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, run and monitor marketing campaigns and promotions across traditional and digital channels, and build media plans aligned with objectives and budgets.
• Coordinate marketing materials such as catalogues, flyers, point-of-sale materials, advertising, website and social media content.
• Work with Buying, Sales, Retail, Ecommerce and Design teams, and plan and oversee events, showroom activations, roadshows, exhibitions, product launches and sponsorships.
• Liaise with suppliers, partners, shopping malls, media partners and service providers, and ensure materials meet brand standards and deadlines.
• Run and optimise digital campaigns on social media, search, display and the website; analyse performance and report on ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets, conduct market research and competitor analysis, and use AI-powered tools to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or equivalent.
• Previous marketing experience, preferably in retail, consumer goods or a fast-paced commercial setting.
• Able to handle multiple projects, work under pressure and work odd hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid driving licence.
