Massage Therapist – Resort Spa (Mauritius & Overseas)

About the role

Join the Club Med Spa team and deliver premium wellness experiences to guests in Mauritius or other resort locations. You will work in elegant, high‑end spaces, providing a range of signature treatments while representing world‑renowned spa brands.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage the daily treatment schedule and ensure a smooth flow of appointments.
• Perform a variety of spa treatments such as Californian, Ayurvedic, hot‑stone, Balinese and other protocols approved by Club Med partners.
• Promote, advise on and sell spa services and premium product lines (Sothys, Cinq Mondes, Payot, etc.) to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with other resort departments (laundry, bar, restaurant) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain compliance with Club Med health, safety and asset‑maintenance standards.

Required profile

• Valid massage therapy certification.
• Attentive, personable and able to tailor each session to the guest’s needs.
• Positive, calm demeanor that creates a relaxing atmosphere.
• Motivated to meet sales targets and contribute to the spa’s turnover.
