Officer 2 – Private Wealth Administration (Corporate Secretarial)

About the role

You will develop expertise in corporate secretarial and legal matters across a range of corporate structures, handling routine operational tasks under the guidance of your team leader. The role involves building strong client relationships and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a leading Investor Services group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and apply corporate secretarial knowledge across various corporate structures.
• Handle routine operational matters and client requests efficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Support less experienced team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.
• Identify and contribute to process improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or partial qualification with ICSA.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar corporate secretarial role.
• Hands‑on experience in corporate secretarial and legal administration.
• Strong relationship management and communication abilities.
