Operational Compliance Officer (Officer 2)

About the role

We are seeking an Officer 2 in Operational Compliance Services to join our global Investor Services group. You will play a key role in ensuring AML, KYC, FATCA and CRS compliance throughout the client onboarding lifecycle and ongoing regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute AML and KYC processes, reviewing documentation and onboarding investor files.
• Manage FATCA and CRS requirements, validate classifications and verify GIINs against IRS records.
• Monitor compliance obligations, perform basic risk assessments and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Prepare regulatory reports, maintain tracking systems and document compliance findings.
• Provide client support, respond to routine inquiries and escalate complex compliance matters.

Required profile

• Degree in Law or an equivalent qualification; ACAMS orientation preferred.
• Strong interest in AML/KYC and regulatory compliance.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in compliance, AML, KYC or a related regulatory role.
