Operations Analyst I – Merchant Configuration

About the role

Checkout.com is looking for a motivated Operations Analyst I to join its Merchant Configuration team. You will be responsible for setting up, updating and terminating merchant accounts while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The role works on a 13:00‑22:00 Mauritius Time shift and follows the UK public‑holiday calendar.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, update and terminate merchant accounts in line with defined processes.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and contribute to team initiatives.
• Develop deep knowledge of Checkout.com’s configuration products.
• Escalate and resolve queries through appropriate support channels.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver prompt solutions.
• Perform quality checks and review work for errors.
• Maintain a sense of urgency and enthusiasm in all tasks.
• Collaborate with the Merchant Configuration team and other departments to drive cases to resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operational role within a multinational environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on stakeholder satisfaction.
• Detail‑oriented and accurate in task execution.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work with urgency.
