About the role
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Operations Coordinator to oversee our daily delivery operations. You will act as the central point of contact between riders, customers, and restaurant partners, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate communication with riders, customers, and restaurant partners.
- Monitor orders and ensure deliveries are completed on schedule.
- Handle customer and rider calls, addressing any issues that arise.
- Follow up on delays, cancellations, and operational problems.
- Support and supervise the rider team during shifts.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Team and Management.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC).
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle calls confidently.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends when required.
- Organised, responsible, and enjoys working with people.
