Operations & Customer Care Coordinator

About the role

The Operations & Customer Care Coordinator will oversee daily order processing, inventory management and supplier coordination for Resèt, an e‑commerce hair‑care brand. Based on‑site in Plaine des Roches, the role ensures that customers receive a seamless experience from purchase through post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and track inventory levels to guarantee product availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to manage deliveries and resolve supply issues.
• Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels, troubleshoot problems and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor recurring issues, propose improvements and work with internal teams to refine operational processes.
• Maintain accurate records using digital tools such as email platforms and spreadsheets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with the ability to manage inquiries, issues and follow‑ups.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Experience in basic operations, including order processing, inventory planning and delivery coordination.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, attention to detail and the capacity to work independently on multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using digital tools (email platforms, spreadsheets) and holds a valid driving licence.
