Operations Delivery Specialist

About the role

The Operations Delivery Specialist will ensure flawless execution of campaigns and promotions across multiple digital channels, maintaining accuracy, timeliness and optimal ROI. You will manage day‑to‑day operational tasks and keep customer‑facing websites up‑to‑date and engaging.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up and execute campaigns, promotions and bonuses across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage and update landing pages, banners, promotional pages and Terms & Conditions on customer‑facing websites and apps.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, produce reports and provide analysis to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues, conduct risk assessments and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a corporate environment, preferably within the gambling or digital entertainment sector.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.
• Logical thinker with sound judgment, accountable and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with operational tools such as COGS, Umbraco CMS and Thunderbite.
• Familiarity with optimisation tools used to maximise return on investment.
