Outbound Call Agent – French (Customer Retention)

About the role

Synergy360 Limited is seeking a motivated French‑speaking Outbound Call Agent to boost customer retention and reactivate dormant accounts. You will engage customers via phone and email, delivering personalized offers and resolving issues to enhance satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Reactivate churning and dormant customers through targeted outreach.
• Provide personalized service and tailored recommendations based on customer behavior.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exclusive promotions and special events.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback.
• Track performance metrics such as call volume, satisfaction scores, churn and reactivation rates.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with strong oral communication skills.
• Good command of English.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of empathy and commercial spirit.

Required skills

• Proficiency with email communication.
• Experience using Google Sheets.
• Experience using Google Docs.
• Familiarity with customer‑service software or procedures.
