Outlet Supervisor – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for the efficient management and performance of a designated food and beverage outlet at Constance Belle Mare Plage. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, uphold service standards, and drive operational and financial results in line with hotel policies and brand expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day outlet operations, guaranteeing smooth, high‑quality service.
• Maintain food and beverage quality, presentation, hygiene and safety in collaboration with the Culinary team.
• Manage outlet cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Handle reservations, VIP guests, special requests and group arrangements.
• Address guest feedback and complaints, implementing service recovery actions.
• Lead, motivate and supervise the outlet team, conducting briefings and performance appraisals.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
• Assist in budget preparation, monitor sales, control costs and maximise profitability.
• Manage inventory, stock control and maintenance of equipment, cutlery and crockery.
• Ensure accurate reporting, administrative compliance and coordination with other departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food and beverage outlet management or supervision.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
• Knowledge of health, safety and food‑safety regulations.
