Partner Development Manager

About the role

SoftwareOne is looking for a Partner Development Manager to build and scale a high‑performing partner ecosystem worldwide. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding and developing partners that drive revenue and profit for the company’s channel business.

Key responsibilities

• Build, recruit and nurture a diverse partner ecosystem in the assigned territory.
• Manage partner performance through outreach, business planning, onboarding and continuous enablement.
• Drive partner adoption of SoftwareOne solutions and create scalable, value‑driven experiences.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Channel, Marketing and Sales teams to execute joint strategies and campaigns.
• Use market insight and performance data to distribute leads, identify opportunities, risks and growth areas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the IT industry with strong partner management background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both business‑level French and English.
• Customer‑focused mindset, ability to work across multiple projects and collaborate in a team environment.
• Alignment with SoftwareOne’s core values, especially understanding the customer and delivering exceptional experiences.

Required skills

• Good understanding of software licensing and cloud offerings.
• Basic knowledge of cloud technologies, modern workplace solutions and cloud economics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft licensing programs and product stack.
