Payroll Analyst

About the role
The Payroll Analyst will coordinate global payroll outsourcing processes, acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders. You will ensure accurate data handling, timely delivery, and high‑quality customer service throughout the payroll cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily project deliverables and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Validate input and output data for accuracy before delivery.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary.
- Participate in project calls and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Update project, SLA, and KPI reports and maintain issue logs.
- Adhere to risk, compliance, GDPR, and Data Protection requirements.
- Deliver ad‑hoc tasks related to the payroll process.
Required profile
- Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC).
- 0‑1 year experience in global payroll or working with international customers (advantageous).
- Willingness to cover UK working hours (12:00‑20:30 UK summer) and occasional overtime.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Accountable, customer‑focused, and able to work both independently and in a team.
