PMO Associate – Project Management Office Analyst

About the role

The PMO Associate / Analyst will support project and delivery teams in daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of project activities. Working closely with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and senior PMO professionals, you will gain foundational experience in project coordination within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, documenting actions and decisions, and following up on items.
• Help prepare routine status reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators, and conduct basic trend analysis.
• Track onboarding/off‑boarding processes, maintain resource rosters and access lists.
• Monitor time‑reporting compliance, follow up on exceptions, and reconcile reported hours.
• Support basic expense validation, budget tracking, and preparation of financial summaries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation, deliverables, and templates in SharePoint.
• Update project trackers, cleanse and validate data in Excel, Power BI and other PMO tools.
• Assist in creating newsletters, onboarding materials, and team updates; coordinate project announcements.
• Support adherence to internal controls, data‑protection standards, and governance routines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Finance or a related field.
• Strong interest in project coordination, administration and operational support.
• Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a dynamic professional environment.
