Pool/Beach Attendant

About the role

Join Four Seasons' luxury resort in Mauritius as a Pool/Beach Attendant, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a stunning lagoon setting. This entry‑level position supports the Food & Beverage service team, ensuring the pool and beach areas are welcoming, safe, and impeccably maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all tasks assigned by supervisors with a high standard of quality.
• Prepare mise‑en‑place, set up and clear tables in the pool and beach service area.
• Maintain hygiene, orderliness, and safety standards throughout the pool and beach zones.
• Act as host/hostess, greeting guests warmly and providing genuine hospitality.
• Promote hotel services and products to guests.
• Take orders and serve (or prepare) food and beverages according to Four Seasons standards.
• Participate in scheduled training sessions and uphold teamwork values.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in 5‑star hotels, resorts, or reputable standalone restaurants.
• Excellent command of English, with strong math and psychometric abilities.
• Demonstrated aptitude for growth and upward mobility.
• Technical education in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Basic wine knowledge preferred.
