About the role

We are seeking an energetic and detail‑oriented Print Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The role serves as the primary link between clients and suppliers, managing end‑to‑end production of print, packaging, merchandise, POS and signage projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive, review and clarify project briefs, specifications, quantities and timelines directly from clients.
  • Source new and existing suppliers, gather quotations and prepare cost comparisons for manager review.
  • Schedule, track and coordinate workflows, artwork pre‑press reviews, proofs and production milestones.
  • Maintain purchase orders, assist with billing requests and follow up on invoicing with the finance team.

Required profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in project, sales coordination or administration, preferably in print production, graphic design support or advertising agencies.
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken French and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
