Procurement Manager – Strategic Sourcing Lead

About the role

Parallels seeks a strategic, results‑driven Procurement Manager to lead sourcing operations, secure essential software and services, and build a cost‑effective, compliant supply ecosystem that supports profitability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative procurement strategies across key spend categories.
• Research, evaluate, and select suppliers; establish performance metrics and conduct regular audits.
• Lead end‑to‑end RFP/RFQ processes and negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs.
• Identify supply‑chain risks and create proactive contingency plans.
• Monitor spending, perform total cost of ownership analyses, and report cost‑saving initiatives.
• Manage and refine digital procurement workflows and ERP systems from requisition to payment.
• Partner with sustainability stakeholders to source eco‑friendly, ethically sound materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Professional certifications such as SCMP, CPSM or CIPS are highly preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Expert‑level command of Microsoft Excel for spend analysis and data modeling.
