Project Lead – Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Join the Facilities Management Strategic Business Unit to lead commercial and financial aspects of building and renovation fit‑out projects. You will oversee cost management, interior design coordination, space planning and architectural documentation from inception to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate cost estimates, budgets and quantity take‑offs.
• Manage contracts, purchase orders and commercial documentation.
• Develop and run RFPs for contractors, suppliers and service providers.
• Evaluate technical and commercial proposals and recommend award decisions.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow and overall financial performance.
• Handle variations, change orders and final account settlements.
• Identify and escalate commercial, contractual or financial risks.
• Report non‑compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or commercial management of fit‑out projects.
• Professional certifications such as RICS, CIOB or equivalent are a plus.
• Strong analytical ability to integrate numerical and verbal information.
• Proven decision‑making skills under pressure.
