Project Manager – Catalogue Publishing

About the role

Collide, part of the Propelis Group, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead catalogue and related publishing projects from brief to delivery. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinate internal creative teams, and ensure high‑quality output in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage catalogue and publishing projects, defining scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day operational contact for clients on assigned projects.
• Coordinate studio, design, artwork, copy and quality‑control teams to meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and trackers for multiple concurrent projects.
• Facilitate internal briefings, kick‑off meetings and status check‑ins.
• Oversee quality checkpoints and final approval loops, incorporating client feedback.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, change records and approval logs.
• Identify and manage project risks, escalating issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver projects independently across several concurrent initiatives.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Good understanding of catalogue, publishing, creative, artwork, DTP or digital production workflows.
• Ability to manage priorities, dependencies and changes calmly and effectively.
• Excellent administrative discipline and attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with specialist colleagues.
• Professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
