Project Manager – Digital Business Unit

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, delivery‑focused Project Manager to lead business, technology and transformation initiatives within our Digital Business Unit. The role is pivotal in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget while delivering the intended business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects across the full lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to define scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria and constraints.
• Develop realistic project plans, roadmaps, milestones and schedules with input from subject‑matter experts.
• Coordinate activities across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, finance, vendors and other teams.
• Monitor progress against baselines, proactively address issues and keep delivery on track.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, manage expectations and provide clear, executive‑ready updates.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees and working groups to ensure decision‑making and issue resolution.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, manage issues, dependencies and change requests.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Structured, pragmatic and outcome‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced transformation environment.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
