Project Manager

About the role

At ProductLife Group (PLG) we help life‑sciences companies bring and maintain healthcare products on the market safely and compliantly. We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead client and internal projects while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service management and delivery.
• Lead project kick‑off activities and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Define and maintain project plans, schedules, governance structures and operating models.
• Coordinate activities across project teams, internal departments, business experts and client stakeholders.
• Monitor objectives, timelines, deliverables, resources, budgets, costs and KPIs, providing regular progress reports.
• Identify constraints, risks and issues and implement mitigation plans.
• Prepare project estimates, quotations, service‑extension requests and invoicing information.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and follow‑up on action plans.
• Monitor client satisfaction, collect feedback and develop client roadmaps.
• Analyse processes and root causes to recommend improvements in organisation and delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a scientific field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Project Manager role.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Experience in life‑sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical‑device or consulting sectors is advantageous.
