QA / Test Engineer

About the role

Accenture is looking for a QA / Test Engineer to join its global team and help deliver high‑quality software solutions. You will work closely with designers, project leaders and developers to ensure new features and existing functionality meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications and other inputs, providing early feedback to designers and developers.
• Design, develop and execute manual acceptance tests for new features and non‑regression testing.
• Identify, record and track bugs, validate bug fixes and assess risks of collateral impacts.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and manage personal Windows test VMs as well as shared Linux test servers.
• Contribute to the development of QA team processes and knowledge bases.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience for junior roles or 5+ years for senior positions.
• ISTQB certification and non‑QA experience (e.g., Business Analyst) are a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent written communication in English and French.
• Curiosity, resilience to uncertainty, and openness to change.

Required skills

• Operating systems: Windows and Linux.
• Web and application servers: Apache, JBoss.
• Directory services: LDAP.
• Database querying: SQL.
• Identity and Access Management concepts; experience with CA Identity Minder is a plus.
• Atlassian suite: Confluence and Jira.
