Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

The Quality Assurance Officer will support the Quality Assurance Manager in implementing and maintaining the resort's quality management systems. This role is crucial in ensuring that all departments adhere to the established standards of quality, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in developing, implementing and maintaining the resort’s Quality Management System.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure departmental compliance with Constance Minimum standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction through the ReviewPro Guest Intelligence Platform and address quality‑related issues.
• Collect, analyse and report quality performance data and audit findings.
• Support the development and delivery of quality‑related training programmes for staff.
• Collaborate with department heads on continuous‑improvement initiatives and maintain up‑to‑date SOP documentation.

Required profile

• Guest‑centric mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a quality‑focused role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
