Recruitment Executive – Luxury Resort

About the role

As a Recruitment Executive at One&Only Le Saint Géran, you will be responsible for attracting and securing top talent that embodies the resort’s luxury service standards. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, hospitality networks, educational institutions, internships and management trainee programmes.
• Screen applications, conduct initial assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
• Prepare employment documentation and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, manage recruitment timelines and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, career fairs and community outreach programmes.
• Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, well‑documented and aligned with company policies and local employment legislation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities, with a proactive approach to building talent pipelines.
