Relationship Executive

About the role

MUA Life is seeking a commercially‑driven Relationship Executive to grow its client portfolio and contribute directly to business expansion. This role goes beyond traditional sales, focusing on building lasting relationships, identifying cross‑sell opportunities, and delivering tailored financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a personal portfolio of clients through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the professional network.
• Cross‑sell and up‑sell financial products to existing clients, ensuring solutions meet their needs.
• Provide a responsive, professional customer experience from initial contact through completion.
• Handle client queries efficiently, ensure applications are complete and compliant.
• Own the sales pipeline, track prospecting activities, and report on performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client journey.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to translate financial concepts into clear, client‑focused solutions.
• Proactive, target‑driven, and self‑motivated attitude.
• Excellent networking, prospecting, and negotiation capabilities.
