Remote Cold Calling Agent – Outbound Call Center

About the role

We are looking for confident communicators to join our global outbound call center team. As a Remote Cold Calling Agent you will engage prospective customers over the phone, pre‑qualify them for life‑insurance and final‑expense quotes, and pass qualified leads to licensed sales advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls and receive inbound inquiries from prospective clients.
• Build rapport quickly, handle objections, and keep conversations moving forward.
• Pre‑qualify prospects for life‑insurance and final‑expense quotes.
• Gather accurate customer information and transfer qualified leads to licensed advisors.
• Maintain professionalism while meeting quality and performance standards.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English with a clear, professional accent.
• Strong communication, active listening, and objection‑handling skills.
• Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, or call‑center environments.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and identify customer needs.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Adaptability to different projects and campaigns.

• Base pay of $500 per month plus performance bonuses up to $500 per month.
