Residence Room Attendant

About the role

The Residence Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms and villas at the Four Seasons resort in Mauritius. The role ensures each accommodation meets the brand’s high standards of luxury, comfort and hygiene, providing a welcoming environment for guests and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and inspect guest rooms and villas, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising bathrooms to Four Seasons standards.
• Manage linen and laundry processes, ensuring clean supplies are stocked and used correctly.
• Report any maintenance issues, malfunctioning equipment or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor promptly.
• Handle guest and internal calls, coordinating with other departments to resolve requests efficiently.
• Maintain a tidy and safe work area, adhering to grooming, hygiene and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Technical education in hospitality management preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping at a 5‑star resort or hotel.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English and French.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
