Retail Sales Supervisor

About the role

Warby Parker is seeking a full‑time Sales Supervisor to lead its Arsenal store. This on‑site position focuses on driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with policies and community guidelines.
• Support sales targets by monitoring metrics, visual merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team through scheduling, performance feedback, and on‑floor training.
• Collaborate with store leadership to build customer loyalty and increase revenue.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in team management, training, and retail or sales environments (preferably eyewear or fashion).
• Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and make decisions.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail, multitasking skills, and adherence to operational procedures.
• High school diploma required; further education in business or retail management is a plus.

Required skills
