Revenue Analyst Manager

About the role

Horizon Group is expanding its short‑term seaside rental portfolio in Mauritius and seeks a Revenue Analyst Manager to turn data into strategic pricing decisions. You will lead RevPAR optimisation across the Horizon Holidays and moBooking brands, ensuring profitability while maintaining premium guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage dynamic pricing strategies, adjusting rates, restrictions and minimum stays according to seasonality and market demand.
• Build reliable, business‑oriented revenue forecasts and conduct regular performance analyses to recommend strategic actions.
• Monitor OTA, direct sales and partner channels, optimise the channel mix and increase direct bookings through tailored pricing.
• Manage and optimise yield‑management tools such as Avantio, Beyond Pricing and AirDNA, and develop dashboards for performance reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, sales and finance teams, supporting budgeting exercises and annual revenue strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in revenue management or a closely related analytical role.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven, results‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work autonomously, structure complex data and challenge decisions with evidence.
• High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience building visual reports in Power BI.
• Hands‑on knowledge of yield‑management platforms such as Avantio, Beyond Pricing or AirDNA.
