Risk Operations Analyst I

About the role

As a Risk Operations Analyst I you will be the frontline defender of Checkout.com’s payment platform. Working in a 24/7 shift environment, you will use real‑time data to detect fraudulent patterns, protect customers and maintain the integrity of every transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a standard workload of alerts and investigations, delivering accurate results within strict SLAs.
• Conduct routine analysis of transactional data to identify recurring fraud trends and anomalies.
• Document findings using team templates and provide concise case summaries to stakeholders.
• Apply fraud monitoring tools and compliance policies to resolve routine cases independently.
• Escalate blockers or complex exceptions to senior staff promptly.
• Identify daily inefficiencies, suggest small‑scale improvements and contribute to short‑term projects.
