Rooms Housekeeper (M/W)

About the role

Join Club Med Resorts as a Rooms Housekeeper and help create a welcoming, comfortable environment for guests across our Mauritius or overseas locations. You will work in a multicultural team, using modern equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and clean guest rooms for 600‑1500 guests, ensuring all areas meet Club Med quality standards.
• Check and replenish linen carts, replace sheets, remake beds, and restock bathroom amenities.
• Clean and disinfect sanitary facilities, floors, carpets, furniture, and windows.
• Identify and report any malfunctions or damage to reception and technical departments.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies, including waste reduction initiatives.

• Strong sense of service with an eye for perfection.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a diverse team.
