Rooms Housekeeper (M/W)

About the role

As a Rooms Housekeeper at Club Med Resorts, you will ensure that guest rooms are immaculate, comfortable, and ready for arrival. You will work in a multicultural environment, using modern equipment to deliver a high‑standard hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and clean rooms for 600‑1500 guests, following Club Med quality standards.
• Check and replenish household/linen carts.
• Clean and disinfect sanitary facilities, wash floors, carpets, furniture, and windows.
• Change sheets, remake beds, and replace bathroom linen.
• Restock rooms with soap, shampoo, and other amenities.
• Identify and report any malfunctions or damage to reception and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.

• Discreet and organized, able to make guests feel at home.
• Attentive and meticulous with a strong sense of service.
• Eye for detail and ability to work autonomously.
