SaaS Product Training & Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a SaaS Product Training & Content Specialist to create clear, user‑focused documentation and training materials for a US‑based SaaS client. You will translate complex software features into practical content that helps business users adopt and gain value from the product.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain Help Center articles, user guides, release notes, tutorials, and training materials.
• Create annotated screenshots, short screen‑recorded videos, and simple diagrams to support documentation.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, customer success, and enablement teams to gather product updates and turn technical details into user‑friendly content.
• Explain product value, use cases, and business benefits for customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in technical writing, SaaS product training, instructional design, or related fields.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Proven track record creating content for business users in a SaaS or digital services environment.
• Portfolio or examples of written, visual, or video‑based work.
