Sales and Marketing Manager – HoReCa

About the role

Innodis Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead its HoReCa (Hotel‑Restaurant‑Café) business. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and controlling sales activities across HoReCa channels to boost volume and net sales.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise sales volume and revenue in assigned key accounts using fact‑based selling methods.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure contract compliance.
• Handle field communication, pricing accuracy and administration of sales data.
• Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to strengthen brand performance.
• Collaborate with the selling operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to shape business growth strategies.
• Coach, lead and motivate the sales team on merchandising standards, display execution and order accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in sales, trade or business development.
• At least 3 years of experience within the HoReCa sector.
• Proven ability in business development, client relationship building and attracting new customers.
• Experience in market and competitor analysis and trade‑marketing activities.
• Strong strategic planning, team‑management and adaptability skills.
