Sales Call Center Shift Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to lead our sales team at the brand‑new ST Media International office in Ebène, Mauritius. Reporting to the Department Manager, you will work alongside other shift managers to ensure the team consistently meets its sales targets in a fast‑growing immigration services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the sales call‑center team during the shift.
• Assign and distribute leads efficiently to maximize conversion.
• Motivate and coach representatives to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Maintain high performance and productivity throughout the shift.
• Provide professional and personal support to sales staff.
• Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with fellow Shift Managers and report results to the Department Manager.

Required profile

• Fluent or native‑level French (mandatory) and professional‑level English.
• Proven experience in sales or managing sales teams within a call‑center environment.
• Experience in immigration services or online sales is a strong advantage.
• Previous leadership or shift‑management experience is preferred.
• Target‑driven, motivated and energetic personality with strong communication skills.
