Sales Coordinator

About the role

Reneworld, a leading solar energy company in Mauritius, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Coordinator. You will support the sales team, ensure a smooth customer journey, and contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads and track their progress through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain all client documentation and handle regulatory submissions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their project lifecycle.
• Assist the sales team in achieving targets and providing outstanding customer service.

Required profile

• Organised, detail‑oriented and proactive.
• Strong communicator with both clients and colleagues.
• Experience in sales support, coordination or client administration is preferred.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
