Sales Manager – Modern Trade (FMCG)

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results‑oriented Sales Manager – Modern Trade to join our Commercial Team. This role offers the chance to drive business growth within a fast‑paced FMCG environment and make a meaningful impact on our continued success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Modern Trade sales strategy to meet company objectives.
• Manage relationships with key retail chains, supermarkets, and hypermarkets.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, promotions, and annual business plans with key accounts.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, and market trends.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the Modern Trade sales team.
• Ensure excellent in‑store execution, visibility, and product availability.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to optimize performance.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience, including Modern Trade management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Valid driving licence.
