Sales & Marketing Intern – Support Sales Growth & Marketing

About the role

ATCOMM is looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to assist the sales team and help drive marketing initiatives. You will gain hands‑on experience in both sales operations and marketing coordination while supporting business development across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily operations, including handling customer queries via phone and email.
• Prepare timely quotations and manage customer rental contracts, ensuring accurate records and renewals.
• Issue work requests, coordinate equipment delivery with internal departments, and maintain the CRM system.
• Compile, format, and submit tender documents in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Produce sales reports, purchase order reports, and other management reports as required.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, printers, and service providers for sales and marketing materials.
• Support the organization of events such as product launches, trade fairs, and customer workshops.
• Help create print and digital marketing collateral, including flyers, email banners, and newsletters.
• Contribute to social‑media content creation and strengthen the company’s online presence.
• Accompany the sales team for on‑site test coverage and conduct post‑sales follow‑ups.
• Assist with order deliveries, contact customers in arrears, and perform general administrative duties.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Previous experience in a B2B environment is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Good organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
