Sales Representative – Electronic Security Solutions

About the role

WeSecure Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to promote and sell its electronic security solutions, including CCTV, alarm systems, access control and motorised gates. The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to final hand‑over, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and manage incoming client enquiries.
• Conduct site surveys, understand client needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations, follow up with prospects and secure orders.
• Coordinate internal processes such as purchase requests, stock checks and delivery logistics.
• Hand over confirmed projects to the technical team and monitor progress.
• Visit sites to verify work quality, address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare invoicing information and follow up on debtor payments.
• Provide after‑sales support and product guidance to clients.
• Report sales performance, opportunities and progress to management.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a competitive business environment.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English.
• Organised, proactive and capable of managing the complete sales process.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse clients and work independently.
