Sales & Reservations Coordinator

About the role

As a Sales & Reservations Coordinator you will be a central pillar of the commercial team, turning enquiries into memorable stays. You will work closely with Sales Managers, Guest Experience and Concierge to deliver bespoke proposals and ensure flawless booking execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leads from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking, supporting Sales Managers.
• Create tailor‑made proposals in collaboration with Guest Experience and Concierge.
• Oversee the reservations flow, ensuring guest and owner confirmations and booking accuracy across all channels.
• Serve as the main point of contact for partners, including trade, direct and OTA channels.
• Maintain data quality in the CRM and channel manager systems.
• Produce up‑to‑date reports and dashboards, monitor OTA listings, and flag pricing anomalies.

Required profile

• Organised and detail‑oriented, noticing missing or off‑track items.
• Reliable and disciplined, meeting deadlines without constant follow‑up.
• Strong hospitality instinct, reading guests and colleagues effectively.
• Comfortable working with data and systems, enjoying new platforms or complex spreadsheets.
• Proactive and solution‑driven, presenting problems together with fixes.
• Positive, resilient and collaborative in a fast‑moving environment.
• Fluent in English and French; entrepreneurial mindset is a plus.
