Sales Support Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Support Officer to join our team in Solitude. The role will manage administrative aspects of a client portfolio, ensure accurate invoicing, and support the sales process from prospect to client.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with governance rules such as SOX, Health & Safety and internal policies.
• Administer all sales activities, supporting client conversion and preparing tenders to drive business growth.
• Collaborate closely with sales, HR, Finance and Operations to maintain data accuracy across systems.
• Receive, orient and follow up with clients and prospects, handling proposals, contracts and customer requests.
• Maintain effective contract administration, including preparation, filing, reporting and KPI updates.
• Prepare departmental reports and ensure KYC documentation is complete and up‑to‑date.
• Participate in continuous improvement of tools, processes and efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Management or Marketing.
• Proven experience in a sales administration department of a service‑oriented company of similar size.
• Strong command of computer tools and telephone systems.
• Good knowledge of accountancy and comfort with figures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
• Experience preparing, reviewing and administering contracts and commercial documentation.
