Salesforce Functional Analyst

About the role

SD Worx is seeking a Salesforce Functional Analyst to bridge business needs and IT solutions. You will analyse user problems, perform feasibility studies and translate requirements into functional specifications that guide development.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead stakeholder discussions on system configuration and provide the basis for technical analysis.
• Validate development outcomes through functional testing and organise integration testing.
• Continuously improve software quality, processes and functionality.
• Handle unexpected situations, resolve system bugs and ensure legal and regulatory compliance through ongoing research.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, IT, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity with Kantata/Kimble PSA.
• Experience delivering projects in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability in requirements gathering, stakeholder management and functional testing/UAT.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a willingness to share knowledge.
