SAP FICO Consultant (Mauritius)

About the role

Accenture is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join its Mauritius team. You will support clients in implementing and optimizing SAP Finance and Controlling solutions, ensuring smooth operations and effective user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP FI/CO modules and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyse business processes, design solutions and prepare functional specifications.
• Configure SAP settings, perform testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers and cross‑functional teams (Finance, IT, Business).
• Deliver training to key users and maintain training documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO experience in corporate or consulting environments.
• Strong knowledge of FI and CO processes and end‑to‑end SAP implementation.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and communicate effectively.
• Experience collaborating with finance, IT and business stakeholders.

Required skills

• SAP FI/CO functional expertise.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance exposure.
• ABAP coordination for enhancements.
• Understanding of integration points with SAP MM and SD.
• SAP FICO certification (preferred).
