Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor ensures the safety of guests, team members and property at One&Only Le Saint Géran. You will lead the security team, manage daily operations and respond swiftly to any incident, maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule security staff, providing leadership and conflict resolution.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm and access‑control systems, and react to breaches.
• Train new personnel, conduct drills and maintain ongoing staff development.
• Respond to theft, vandalism, trespassing or accidents, investigate and produce detailed incident reports.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Conduct regular patrols, inspections and ensure security posts are manned.
• Maintain records, budgets, equipment inventory and ensure compliance with legal standards.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and discretion.
• Good communication skills for interaction with guests, staff and authorities.
