Senior Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will own the full lifecycle of assigned client profiles, from onboarding through ongoing servicing and business development support. You will work autonomously, build trusted relationships, and coordinate across compliance, operations and sales teams to ensure smooth account activation and risk‑aware growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of individual, corporate and trust accounts, reviewing KYC/AML, source of funds and wealth documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records, monitor onboarding milestones and liaise with Compliance and Operations to achieve account approval and funding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, funding requests, account maintenance and issue resolution.
• Conduct annual and risk‑based periodic reviews, updating client identification, tax and financial information and flagging high‑risk or unusual cases.
• Validate tax forms (W‑9, W‑8BEN, W‑8BEN‑E) and support FATCA and CRS classification, reporting and documentation.
• Support prospect outreach, lead management and introducer relationships, tracking prospects through onboarding to funding.
• Maintain activity records in HubSpot and produce reports on onboarding, pipeline development, funding and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across multiple departments.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a focus on relationship building and retention.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and escalate compliance or operational risks.
• Experience in managing complex documentation and meeting strict regulatory deadlines.
