Senior Accountant – Trust Services

About the role

Citco is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Trust Services team. You will work with private equity, multinational corporations and private clients, delivering high‑quality financial information that supports regulatory compliance and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure accuracy of general accounting in line with local, international and industry‑specific standards.
• Produce management, statutory and regulatory reports and deliver them on schedule.
• Support audit processes, liaise with internal and external auditors, tax consultants and regulators.
• Assist in planning and organising the team to meet deadlines and maintain service quality.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and healthy work environment.
• Participate in internal initiatives aimed at efficiency, process harmonisation and communication improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• 3‑5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Dynamic, organised and motivated with the ability to set priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team, handle pressure and take initiative.
