Senior Administrator (Corporate & Fund Secretarial)

About the role

Aequitas Management Solution Limited, a Mauritius-based management company licensed by the Financial Services Commission, offers business formation and administration services to international businesses and private clients. It is recruiting Senior Administrators (Corporate & Fund Secretarial) to manage a portfolio of companies under the guidance of senior team members, covering corporate global business licences, specialised licences and fund structures while complying with internal procedures and the Mauritius regulatory framework.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure client files comply with the relevant laws of Mauritius and internal control procedures.
• Facilitate account openings with banks, custodians and brokers, and manage ongoing operations and instructions.
• Draft directors' and shareholders' resolutions and attend and document meetings.
• Act as a liaison with clients, auditors, local authorities, banks and other stakeholders.
• Monitor account operations, wire transfer instructions and other forms required by banks and clients.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Partial ACCA/ICSA qualification or a related degree in law, law and management or another relevant field.
• Understanding of Mauritian regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and French.
