Senior Analyst - Corporate Solutions

About the role

The Senior Analyst will administer a defined set of client‑servicing deliverables for a portfolio of corporate solutions clients. You will ensure all documentation, filings and account activities meet internal standards and legal requirements while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Administer client servicing deliverables, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and legal standards.
• Prepare and convene directors/shareholders meetings, draft board papers and verify minutes.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostille and consularisation of documents within agreed timelines.
• Open and maintain bank accounts, initiate transfers and liaise with banks.
• Perform statutory filings with FSC, ROC and other regulatory bodies.
• Conduct customer due‑diligence (CDD) in line with AML codes and keep CDD records up to date.
• Coordinate the work of team members to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in the global business or fund administration sector.
• University degree or substantial progress toward ACA/ACCA qualification.
• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize work and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.
