Senior Associate – Assurance Valuation Unit

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Assurance Valuation Unit. You will support valuation engagements for financial reporting, assurance, and transaction purposes across Mauritius and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Perform valuation analysis and assist in drafting valuation reports for financial reporting requirements.
• Research target companies, analyse sector dynamics and assess financial and commercial risks.
• Develop and maintain financial models that underpin valuation conclusions.
• Present findings internally and externally, and incorporate feedback to improve deliverables.
• Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably pursuing ACA, ACCA, CFA, or a Master’s in Finance.
• At least 1 year of senior‑associate experience in assurance valuation reviews, or 2 years in transactions, financial advisory, investment, or corporate M&A.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple commitments and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for overseas assignments as needed.
