Senior Associate – Global Business Services

About the role

The Senior Associate will support the delivery of fund administration and middle‑office services for a global client base. You will ensure records, filings and client communications meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal and legal requirements.
• Convene directors/shareholders meetings and prepare high‑quality board papers.
• Verify minutes drafted by team members.
• Guarantee final client deliverables are 100% accurate.
• Develop deep awareness of individual client needs.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents promptly.
• Maintain bank accounts, open new accounts, initiate transfers and liaise with banks.
• Perform day‑to‑day tasks timely, including task monitoring.
• Effect statutory filings with FSC, ROC and other bodies.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) per AML code and keep CDD lists updated.
• Coordinate team members effectively.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
• Degree or substantial progress toward ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Client‑service mindset with strong written and spoken communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time under pressure.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and team‑working skills.
• Goal‑oriented, quick learner and adaptable to changing environments.
