Senior Client Accountant – Corporate Solutions

About the role

The Senior Client Accountant will support corporate clients by ensuring accurate record‑keeping, statutory filings and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will act as a key liaison between clients, auditors and regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal and legal requirements and prepare high‑quality board papers.
• Prepare accounts, tax computations and liaise with auditors to ensure 100% accuracy of deliverables.
• Handle statutory filings such as Annual returns, APS returns, PAYE, TDS, VAT and Indian tax returns within due dates.
• Manage bank account activities including openings, transfers and ongoing relationships.
• Coordinate certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents promptly.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) per AML code and maintain updated CDD lists.
• Effect filings with FSC, ROC and other statutory bodies and respond to tax queries from authorities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in global business or audit environments.
• Degree holder or substantial progress towards ACA/ACCA qualification.
• Client‑service mindset with strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of statutory accounting and tax compliance processes.
